Setting up their device

Your loved one does not need an account. You copy one private link from your circle page and open it on their device — that's the whole setup.

Tablet or phone (recommended)

1. On their device, open Safari or Chrome.
2. Paste the device link you copied from Nana Chat.
3. Add to Home Screen (iPad/iPhone: Share → Add to Home Screen) so it opens like an app next time.
4. Leave the tablet on a stand where they can see it — their family faces stay visible.

Computer or TV browser

The same link works in any modern browser. On a TV, use the built-in browser if available, or cast from a laptop. Text and faces scale up automatically on large screens.

If the link stops working, generate a fresh one from your circle settings or contact support.
