Terms of service
Last updated: June 2026. We've written these in plain language, the same way we write everything else.
These terms cover your use of Nana Chat. By creating a family circle or using the service, you agree to them. If something here isn't clear, email us at hello@nanachat.com and a real person will explain.
Your account
One family member sets up and manages the circle. You're responsible for keeping your login safe and for the people you invite into your family circle. Please only add people your loved one actually wants to hear from.
Acceptable use
Nana Chat is for staying close to family. Don't use it to harass anyone, to share unlawful content, or to attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that put other families or our service at risk.
Billing, trials, and cancellation
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no card needed to begin. After the trial, the family member who manages the circle is billed monthly or yearly for the plan they chose. You can cancel anytime; your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We don't charge your loved one anything, ever.
Service availability
We work hard to keep Nana Chat running and calls connecting. That said, we provide the service “as is” and can't promise it will never have interruptions. We're not liable for indirect or incidental damages, to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If we update these terms, we'll post the new date here and, for meaningful changes, let the account holder know. Continuing to use Nana Chat after a change means you accept the updated terms.
